Catering orders can be modified once placed. All orders are processed the day of the order (unless requested otherwise) therefore we encourage you to modify orders 24 hours prior at the very latest.

All of our catering services are available for pick-up and drop-off.

If you need assistance setting up, please let the delivery person know.

We portion all of our catering to meet the nutritional needs of the average adult, and we adhere strictly to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ portion guidelines.

Rachels Rewards

EFFECTIVE MARCH 2022: Since transitioning to our new app and online ordering system, we have discontinued our physical reward cards and launched a brand new loyalty program with even more benefits and deals.

If you were a rewards member with our physical rewards cards, you will still need to create a new account using the email address you used for the previous rewards program. The old points have already been transferred over to the new app and will be activated as soon as you create a new account. All you need to do is sign up for a new account on our Rachels Grill App (iOS and Android)  or at order.rachelsgrill.com and you will see all of your old loyalty points under the “Rewards” tab.

If, for any reason, you do not see your old reward points, please submit a support ticket to our support team here, including your name, the e-mail address you used, as well as the Rachels Rewards card number on the back of the physical card. https://bit.ly/3E7fjj8

Kinda yes, kinda no. Our mobile app is the best way to experience Rachels Rewards. To earn points in the restaurant without a mobile device, you’ll need to keep your receipt and submit a points request at Missing points? Submit a points request here

The physical Rachel’s Rewards cards have been discontinued and will no longer be accepted at the store. Going forward, all you will need to do is scan your in-store rewards from your Rachels Grill app under the Scan tab. We highly advise customers to save the number that can be found on the back of the card in case your points do not transfer over.

After creating an account, you will earn 10 points per dollar spent at Rachels. When you order through our mobile app or website on order.rachelsgrill.com, you will automatically earn points. You can also scan your rewards at the register in-store to earn points. In the Rewards tab of the mobile app, you can redeem points for free menu items.

We recommend downloading our Rachels app here Download Rachels Grill App but you can also join online by creating an account at order.rachelsgrill.com by clicking “Log In” in the right-hand corner of the screen and signing up.

Points can be redeemed for free menu items, like hummus and pita chips or a greek fry. Visit the Rewards tab in the app or online to redeem your points.

When you are ready to use a reward in your My Rewards tab, add the item to your digital bag or tell the cashier you want to use a reward. The cashier will scan the reward at checkout and apply it to the qualifying item in your order. Be sure to read the reward details for any particular purchase requirements!

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and oats. People with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity must avoid these grains on a gluten-free diet. Rachels offers many gluten-free menu items. For a salad, try the Romaine salad with chicken, feta, pepperoncini, onion, pepper, and tomato. We also suggest the brown rice bowl with our char-grilled filet steak, sautéed onions and peppers, dill sauce, and shredded cheese. Avoid pita wraps and Rachels rice as these contain gluten.Follow this link to view our gluten-free options: Rachels Nutritional Menu: Gluten Free Diet

Although we no longer offer a kid’s menu, Rachel’s Mediterranean Grill offers a wide range of kid-friendly menu items. Our rice bowls, pitas, and salads can be ordered with meat or vegetarian toppings, as well as vegetables that your child enjoys. Our Fresh-Cut Fries and Greek Fries are also a big hit with children.

As you select your menu items and ingredients, the meal totals for calories, fat protein, and other key nutrients are listed in the box on the right-hand side of the screen.
